Standard Back pathetic service
Month end 2 tellers open 2 consultants at Enquirers 3 consultants sitting outside to open new accounts and no manager on duty. 15 customers waiting for service and no one gives a rats ass about customer service. . When I complained the reaction was as though the staff was doing the customers a favor Time to close accounts
