Standarbank setup to snich my car on auction

It is quite unfortunate to highlight this maltreatment by SBSA card division. Last year 2017 around June. I contacted standard bank regarding my car and my credit card, late around september2017 I called SBSA I was referred to colored guy (Robyn L****n?) then referred to lady by the name Gabisile, this rude lady without facts. I have been mandated to pay the credit card as it was over the limit, so I’ve paid R1800.00. Then I called again, I was told why the account was now handed over? I told them there is payments coming through each month. unfortunately, later when I wanted to sell my car on Tuesday, February 06, 2018 discovered that SBSA has loaded me into the ITC system. I phoned again today 26/04/2018 and Dolly transferred me again to the rude lady Gabisile. she dropped phone over me, very rude and no manners. my arguments were why am I listed into ITC because there was arrangement and the account was taken over the limits with R9000.00, which I should pay fully before I can be removed from ITC. I've asked them I don’t have such amount that is where all this story expired. so today I was told my account cannot be removed until the balance on the account is R0.00. I have a limit set on the account but now I should get listed for no reason. this I ridiculous please help me to remove my account to their system because they block me to have financial agreements. Now my car is sold with low amount and expect me to pay. I clearly indicated to standard bank that I need my car back and write-off the money claiming i owe them. this is getting too much..
