Stand bank is just useless
Standard Bank is just useless went to the bank in march to give someone signing powers on my accounts and that wasn't done. Now they tell us to revisit the branch to do the same procedure again.

06 Aug 2019, 10:21They also issued a new card under my name instead of the person was giving signing powers to, now he can't even visit the bank by himself to do what he wants on the account. What's the point of giving someone full signing powers if i still have to accompany him to the bank.
