Stanard Bank Trust Limited are worse to handle deceased Estate!

My name is Thembi, I lost my mother over a year ago, My Estate Officer is Chicco Mtshali and the Estate Manager is Ralda Buys, my mother had a will with Standard Bank trust, that was not good idea, she thought she was doing what was best for her only child, Last year July 2022 I had a meeting with my estate officer Chicco Mtshali, of which he promise that my mom estate will wind up in 12-15 months...I have sent messages making follow-ups , I only got a response from Mr. Mtshali after I have reported the matter to Hellopeter, His response was that he had a backlog and after a year no letter of Executorship from the high court, he promised to give a feedback a week later which has not happened, so far no one has been helpful between my estate officer and my estate Manager, I am very much heart broken, Disappointed, I thought Standard Bank was a great bank but it has proven that to be not true, I advice people out there to Never ! Never ever appoint Standard Bank to handle your WILL, for the sake of your loved ones don't do it, it will add more stress and sleepless nights not knowing what is happening with the winding up of the state of the late, it makes the grieving process even much worse.
