Stanadard Bank's Selloame WORST CHAT AGENT EVER!
What is the use of offering Chat banking when your agents are interested in chatting with THEIR friends than with your clients? At least the 1st agent Patience I chatted with at digital banking was attentive till ditched me to transactional banking, where I was lost. I then had to re-activate chat banking transactional and got through to thee most unattentive agent ever Selloame! Standard Bank Chat Banking employees like abo Selloame, don't need the kind of jobs you're offering hleng. Social butterflies have no time for YOUR CLIENTS like us! Just take a look see at my mini chat with her, where she just logged off on me. I have no idea on what the way forward is.
