Stalling in giving me a refund
<p>I overpaid on my account - only when I requested a paid up letter did they tell me I overpaid and I am due a refund. 8 days later and after speaking to various people, I still dont have my refund - they keep stalling and keep asking me for banking details....</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
