Staff hacking and de*****ing accounts

My account was DE*****ED in 2018. I brought this to your attention. Some ******* debit orders were reversed. Some were not and I lost a lot of money due to this uncouth activity. I also asked for this account to be cancelled and haven't used it since. To my dismay I realize that the account is still active and have incurred unknown costs. The statements I am receiving say I owe more than R4000
