staff breach of confidentiality of my banking acco

I went to inform Standard Bank that their staff member unthorized to look or share any information of personal banking with an unthorized third party. This particular staff had a personal relation with my partner, and she shared the status of my accounts with him. I am humiliated and very disappointed and someone needs to take responsibility for this. It has been 3 weeks and my patients has worn off. This whole incident has cost me heartache and I am not let go of this so easily. I trusted I was safe and secure from these kind of humiliation. Standard Bank needs to answer to this.
