Stadardbank couldn't care less about their clients

Standardbank is definitely the best choice if you want to feel powerless and see a bank that do not care about there clients. I was put up at the credit bureau by standard bank for a loan that was already closed and paid in full. They told me that they see the mistake and will resolve it, after one month of begging, almost crying, swearing, wanting to turn some tables around in the bank, they sent me a beautifull message 2days ago, "your complaint has been resolved" . I just had a look at the credit bureau, nothing changed, all this is about a lousy R173. I phoned standardbank again just now, and the response i get is, "eshhhh, maybe you must go to the bank to get paid up letter". I did that already, they say they can't, because the account was never behind. All i want to say now is, thank you Standardbank, thank you for f up my life and caring so much.

I thank you for your mail, but sorry to say, i had a few of these already, and see where i am sitting now. Standardbank even said try a loan by us, we know the story and can explain, so i said yes, and even there i was turned away, and the lady said it is because of that, but then she started with me that have an overdraft by standardbank and she think that can that can also ..... And then i realized, they will do anything to make sure that they're not to blame. But thank you anyway, i am 100% sure, monday i will still be in the same position, maybe even worse than now, because of all the applications that was declined because of standardbank, now i really will have a credit score that suck. Monday evening i will update this, just to show everybody, i do not lie. But thank you, you are also 1 against standardbank, so goodluck in getting something done, or you must be one hell of a big shot. I won't hold my breath, but lets see.
