Stadard bank foreign currency account division is

I have opened an account with them, took 2 weeks - No one is getting back to me with any kind of answer as to what my banking rates / charges are for having these accounts? <br> <br> There website doesn't display these rates either<br> <br> My business banker cant even get an answer from them <br> <br> Been on hold for 35 minutes, same thing every day for the past week
