ßtandard bank employees using information for personal use

I have a lady who has been terrorizing me from this number *** iv traced the number to standard bank but i dont know which branch she has been calling me and my husband asking about personal details that dont have anything to do with my banking.i also have went to my local standard bank and found out someone has kept my bank account open that iv closed 5 years ago.someone is using our information for their personal use.iv just called the number today and she hanged up on me upon hearing my voice.
