Srandard Bank Still Sucks

Hi Standard Bank. Still no assistance from your side. Promise after promise. STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want a letter to say that everything is paid and the account is closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know I owed you money and you phoned me everyday, then your attorneys phoned me everyday. I THEN PAID IN FULL!!!!!!! I want my letter now please

Your one consultant just let me know that my debt was sold to your attorneys and you CANNOT issue me with a letter that my account is settled and paid. As per my attorney you cannot sell my debt without my knowledge or consent!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have requsted to talk to a manager and was denied, as every single manager was busy and then i was promised that someone will phone me back, which was also a lie!!!!!!!!! I want a letter today still!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not be treated this way
