Splendid Service

Good day, I went to Standard Bank Eastgate some time last week and I was assisted by a lovely lady by the name of Lezel Roos.

Lezel did not only just assist me with the problem I had however she went and extra mile to check if all my accounts are in order including issuing a new debit card for free, advising on which card goes in the ATM or not. We shared jokes now and again while she was assist me with a smile on her face and very professional. She is one of the kind and her services to client should not go unnoticed.

A big high 5 to her for the wonderful client services she offered and she deserves 1 half day if possible.
