Spitefull assistance

I've just been shown again of spiteful Ness ,from Standard Bank,I struggled to get assistance on n my home loan ,for 2 years. due to I've been falling behind on my payments due to less income I have ,I've notified them ,tried to get assistance ,nie finally to hursday the 19 a person contacted me regarding my complaint ,I was set at ease ,but the destructures department ,did not talk to me on what and how they are going to assist me and gave me less than 24 hours for documents needed,from Friday the 20 December 10:46 untill Saturday the 21st at 00:15 which no one told me ,.that's the time frame! they cancelled to get application for assistance they did without me ,this is not funny ,not talking to me ,is not helping ,this is totally spitefullness
