I am quite disappointed by what had happened on my VAF ***. I defaulted on my payments due to personal issues, I then contacted VAF advising them that I want to pay on the outstanding, they then referred me to the attorneys(RRT Attorneys) which I subsequently made arrangements with. Just upon receiving my salary on the 30th April I immediately did an EFT to VAF as per my arrangement with the attorneys RRT, to my dismay not long after the transfer an offset took place on my account of nearly R11 000! I have not paid my rent, bought food, petrol and this happens!  That’s not on especially after I had kept my side of the arrangement. Since Saturday I have been pushed from pillar to post on getting a refund for this money as I urgently need it & no concrete answer as to when I will receive the money! Once this is sorted I am definitely moving to either FNB or NEDBANK as I have been with Standard Bank since 2009 and this is the treatment I receive!
