Spam Recorded calls

I received another call from a recorded Standard Bank message just now... I dont bank with them and I certainly dont ever want to after this! Walked out of a meeting because I did not know who was calling and could be an emergency. <br> <br> Do Standard Bank truly believe they are winning new clients in this fashion? Can they not see how intrusive and infuriating this is?
