Spam calling me for someone else's debt

Standard bank keeps phoning me with an automated recording for someone else's outstanding debt and I have had it. They're operators have in the past also phoned me and despite me saying to each caller that they have the wrong number they still keep phoning me. I do not have a Standard bank account and this has been going on for years. I have had enough of your spam calls and it is not my work to figure out why you have my number registered under one of your loan accounts. Surely you can look up my number and see that it is Rica's under my name and NOT MR. Rikhotso. AND I AM FEMALE!! Please fix your errors and stop phoning me for once and for all.
