Soo disappointed with private banking service
Standard bank private bankers are useless and have no time for their clients. I'm paying R270 every month for a professional account only for my banker to tell me to go to a branch for a simple thing like changing my residential address. On top of that he's never available when I need assistance he'll just pick up the call and say he's still busy with another client but never gets back to me. This is bull**** I soo wish I could rate them 0
