Sold husband policy refuse to refund

My husband was sold a hospital cash back plan telephonically while working they didn't explain the fine print that once you cancel you don't get your refund, after taking advantage of already having the account number, more over they refuse to cancel it because my husband sent me to cancel on his behalf. I want all my deducted premiums If they can find a recorded call saying they explained that u don't get or money back I will be happy but for now I want my MONEY
