SOLD HOUSE STILL SHOWING AS OWING AT ITC

I have sold a home on account no 216 515 815 but this home still shows an outstanding a balance of R102,186.00 & the installment is R1968.00. But Standard bank systems show account as closed. I am pushed from pillar to post trying to get someone to help me with a letter to send to the banks as I am buying a new house. I also need this removed from my name in ITC. Is there anyone that can help me urgently!!<br> ID ***. <br> I am really shocked that no one can help me and that I have been pushed around for 2 days from pillar to post<br> Thank you <br>
