So sick of being just another number

Again...I need to log a complaint to actually get something out of Standard Bank...again, I am just another number to you! This makes me so mad. I have been a loyal customer with an outstanding credit record for many years. I called yesterday with a request for your loans department to call me back. I was promised a call in two hours. This did not happen. I got called this morning. Your consultant who assisted was helpful, but the issue is your \system"which is making me just another number. There is zero flexibility in the loan term or in reducing my interest rate to what it currently is. I then called your complaints department who logged a complaint but now says it will take 1 to 5 days waiting for them to get back to me. On the other hand"
