So quick to take money but never give it back

I have constantly been shuffled around from the Call Center to the Standard Bank Bryanston Branch for a solid week. I paid off my RCP about a week ago and i went into the branch to close the account. When closing the account i was told there was an amount of R259.00 that needed to be paid back to me as i paid too much into the account. I was then asked if this amount could be transferred into my cheque account and i agreed. Well this was a week ago and nothing has happened. Every time you call the Call center they put you through to the branch. I have been from one person to another and i have been promised 4 times that i would receive a call back to let me know what was going on and i have still not heard a thing. This is so common. When they want your money they are the first ones to call you to ask where is their payment but when it comes to giving you back what is rightfully yours it is a huge problem. I am so sick of being told i will receive a call and never do. Now i know its not a lot of money but it is a lot when you don't have it. I will definitely be considering another bank to handle my accounts.
