So much for trying to give Std Bank Business

I am probably the biggest advocate of Standard Bank. The company has been amazing to me since I have become a customer in 2006. All finance and investment I have is with Standard Bank. I recently traded in my vehicle and the garage that I was doing the trade in with did a pre-approval with ALL banks. Absa authorised a pre-approval. I want to keep all my finances with the bank I love and called STD VAF. After waiting for more than 30 minutes via various channels I reached the very snotty and unhelpful Ntabi. This lady couldn't be bothered to keep my business and because it was Friday afternoon did not want to assist. After explaining my situation and wanting Std Bank to intervene to ensure that I get approval and keep my finance with them, she wanted to do another pre-approval. This hurts my credit rating and I mentioned that the garage already requested this - didn't want to do this again. She asks \What do you want me to do?"Your job would be a good start"
