So much for being a Private Banking Client

I've been a private banking client at STD since 2012. One is promised better service, as you have a dedicated banker. I maybe make use of this banker maybe once a month, and the service is always bad. Every time she apologizes for the bad service, but with the next call, it is just the same story over again. I am in the process of buying a vehicle, and again require their assistance. The other banks (where I am not a client) provided feedback within 3 working hours, I waited 10 hours for STD. Their terms & conditions and rates were much worse that the other as well. They are full of promises when signing a client up, but once your a client, your not important anymore.
