So ****ed off

I should be rating SBSA 0 i regret leaving my previous bank for this nonsese. when I opened my account at Jhb branch i was able to change the cell number over the phone. now the said the branch is closed and i am beign told by the customer services that i cannot change the number over the phone, what nonsense is this????????? which branch should i now go to as other branches are very far from me. Is SBSA telling me that they don't care about customers!!!! Maybe you guys need to upgrade your app so that it can give me that option of changing my cell numbers, if a bank like old mutual has that option on their app what is stopping you to do that. Branches were closed now customers are being inconvinienced which is unfair. should i now go around lookign for a branch did i ask SBSA to close those brances!! No man this is a mess that i didn't expect . now i want my numbers changed. i am now considering closing the account.
