SO CALLED PRESTIGE SERVICE - NO SOLUTION-NO HELP
Absolutely insane! Being a customer for 22 years I expect excellent service. Well don't count on it. Endless branch visits.. telephone conversations (from my cell), and I can't close my account! I can not even withdraw money deposited into the account. It's not fica.. no - the status is blocked. No explanation - I must once again go into a branch!!!<br> PATHETIC!!<br>
