So called immediate payment
I'm an account holder with this bank right so I send(eft) one of my beneficiaries an amount and since it's an emergency situation I tick on the immediate payment option mn***m. To my surprised the money on reflects after 3 days. Now that strains my relationship and the trust that people have in me now they're thinking I'm a **** and a ******* when it's not me. Please bank fix your stuff or it's me who doesn't understand the meaning of the word IMMEDIATE!!!!!
