Snails pace service

I have been with standard bank foe over 10 years and never have experienced such slow service!!! In the past month i have spent well over 3 hours in line ( not that it has been busy, I have always been at the front of the line) just to change my address and my cell phone number ( which clearly has only been changed for notifications because my OTPs going to my old number) and my address for 8 years ago is still my address because I keep getting told to bring different documents things to change my address! I have half a mind to close my account because clearly standard bank cannot offer adequate service to those of us who work 2 jobs and don't have hours to spend in line.
