snails pace

Standard bank is taking forever to refund my money as my bond deduction came of my payslip as a stop order and the bank also did a debit order, I have asked for the debit order to be refunded since 28 jan but still to no avail. I have others debit order bouncing from my account because the bank is taking too long to refund my money. Their call centre is useless to say the least, no one can give a definite answer and the service is just unsatisfactory. I need my money refunded asap and I have been patient enough.
