Snail processes
So, collection of replacement cards isn't an easy task at the branches... Waited for almost an hour to collect. Then a wait for the card to be found and then double authentication or authorization for the collection then another double something else and then to be released and a PIN and authentication process...
I still can't transfer out of credit card cause some limit isn't correct or something. But the limits are authorized and in place as per the branch.
Can say this is the most difficult collection of a card ever.
The one thing that made my experience is the lady behind the counter... friendly and very apologetic about the wait.
