I`m trying to apply for a smart ID, through home affairs online, but when I`m trying to book a time slot to do biometrics at Standard bank Kingsmead (Durban), which is the only branch which does this the whole of KZN, the site says there are no available time slots, I have tried to contact the bank but there is no answer.
