Small business Banking

I have been banking with standard Bank for my small business for over 6 years with an income of over R200k every month in my account with over 35 employees

I am very disappointed that I struggle to get assistance with this bank when I need small funds to push my business, they do not go extra mile to assist small struggling businesses, with their high bank charges, you do not get anything right with them, with the Banker Wally in Cape Town, I give up, I'm thinking to move my business to the other bank because I see here there is no care and my business will never grow, as I speak I need small funds to buy new equipment, they can't assist me

I am very disappointed as a small business to Bank with you so long and you just careless about my business I love so much.

I hope you guys get your things right because you will loose lot of clients as you are not assisting small businesses that create more jobs.
