slow service

Hi there im a business banker at the branch so im there almost everyday,but the last thew weeks is just getting worse there only 3 cashiers and 1 is always on lunch or busy somewhere else so everyday we are standing in que for 30 min + today I was in the bank for 50min,telling me its the end of the month I must understand,but its a everyday thing,sort out your useless slow new staff thx
