SLOW FEEDBACK ON HOME LOAN APPLICATION
We were granted a home loan on a property in Annlin for the amount of R1,125,000 - bond account number ***. Unfortunately the sale fell through as our house was not sold in time and we did not proceed with the bond. Our house was subsequently sold and we signed an offer to purchase on 130 Letaba St, Sinoville on 26 May 2015. We app**** for a bond of R650,000 through Standard Bank via MortgageMax Qfin (who obtained the other grant for us as well). Firstly Standard Bank declined the application due to affordability, which is utter nonsense as our financial situation is now in a better position than early in the year. The bond originator referred the application back to Std Bank and Tersia Pelser is the Relationship Consultant in the matter. My wife now earns R6000 pm more than when we got the first grant of R1,125,000 on 30/01/2015. From the first date we app**** for the bond we let the bond originators know that this is a very urgent matter, that we have to produce GUARANTEES by Friday 5/06, not just a grant. The matter has been awaiting feedback from Tersia for at least two days and time is running out!!
Can anybody help & speed up the process? We could loose the house!
