Slow and poor service at Standard bank Lakesidemal

I recently moved to Benoni area from Boksburg where servicing customer was a priority in Boksburg East Rand Mall branch ( both mall and K90 branch). But since I started using Benoni lakeside mall branch I have heen receiving poor and slow service in this branch. Last time I had to complain for them to help me. Today (12 April 2016 between 14:00 to 16:00). I went to the branch in Lakeside mall where there was a handfull of customers (5 cust waiting for the consultants in such a big branch where I expected to receive fast and quick service but it was the opposite. The employees on this branch looked relaxed in other Standard Bank Branches they constantly check if you have been helped or maybe this branch is independent not under Standard Bank. I am not a complaining type but the service in this branch leaves a lot to be desired and immediate attention, I left the bank without being helped because I was unhappy with the waiting period especially when the bank is empty like it was today. I will no longer go to this branch if I can't get the branch near my place I will change the bank. I see myself as a valued customer to standard bank as I have been a customer of this bank ever since.
