Sloppy service
Sent an email as instructed by Chantal to amend the signing arrangements on our bank account. Got acknowledgement and reference number and no response. A week later I phoned to follow up and left a message on Chantel Campbell's telepphone number. No call returned. Phoned the call centre and asked her to phone me urgently. No call received. They have had since 6 August to respond and no reply at all. Very poor and disinterested service. Chantel asked me to send information to an email address which she gave me and i did. When I followed up i was told my request was forwarded back to her. Seems a bit of a waste of time.
