Sloppy Practices at Standard Bank

I wonder when and if Standard Bank will ever get their act together and function like a normal business. Each and every year I have an interminable wait to get my annual IT3B tax certificate from them and despite sending emails requesting this documentation nothing has appeared to date. At least they do seem to monitor \Hello Peter"and hopefully I may be able to get this tax documentation via your wonderful website. <br> Regards"
