Sloppy customer relations

Had my vehicle paid up waiting for the registered documents phoned no answer no response complained on Twitter was assured they will revert they did requesting either they courier the documents or can be collected I requested their address still no feedback - damn frustrating considering I gave them another vehicle to finance
