Sleeping standbank
I am sitting in standard bank volksrust branch. We are here to open a account. We are here almost a hour and the one consultant is still busy with the same client. - not a problem....but The other one...empty...... The line to inquiries is also..slow and the tellers!! It is a disgrace!! We can not wait more than a hour for a client??!!! We are already 5 waiting for howlong.... Where is the service... ? Why is everyone not helping the customers??
