SLEEPING OR ON LEAVE

I have been dealing with the ***** department for some weeks now, last week two of the person/s assisting me were on leave, when enquiring as to the progress and also having received a call from the Standard Hello Peter Team this case is still unresolved. Last week Yolandi, Portia were on leave now this week I receive an out of office reply that Mpho and Portia are on leave. Banking fees have been deducted on a frozen account.

The parties dealing with my request are Yolandi, Portia and Mpho. I still am unaware what each of these employees do and who is the investigating officer to date I have NOT received any call after sending numerous mail, calling and not been assisted, left messages and visiting my branch who too has contacted the ***** DEPARTMENT. Pathetic Service.
