<p>My name is Vincent Coulsen I app**** for a loan In standard bank and I had the loan for about 3 months then i went to my branch which is lynnwood ridge branch was assisted by Adila and got a settlement letter with the amount of 20 000 and some odd I paid the whole settlement amount on the 21 June 2016 then a query was logged to Denroy Dean Solomons in standard bank to take care of I have never had any ounce of communication or urgency from him and my so called bank standard bank ever since i settled the loan I have been debited twice by standard bank with a debit order amount of 1369.00 end of June and now end of July plus now I have standard bank lawyers contacting me saying they are going to put me on credit for money that I owe the bank in interest fees for a loan i closed 2 months ago. Could you please assist me in sorting this out as I am not paying a cent further to this bank in regards to this loan and please take action against relevant *********** staff who are the reason that as soon as this is done I'm changing banks never to return. I have supporting documents and emails sent to me to corroborate my story and the harassment I'm getting from the bank. I will send documents on request as I do not have them on this device. Please assist me. </p>
