Skipped Debit Order

Std bank recenently financed my new of which the debit order was supposed to go through on 25 August. I signed the debit check mandate for my instalment and until today the payment has not gone through except I phoned several times and spoke to consultants who keeps on telling me that they will send and e-mail to advise as why i was not debited and it never happened. I also phoned so many times to link the account on my app so I may simply pay on the app and still no luck. I am told that can only be done after my 1st payment which I am not able to make due to no account details.

I hope this month's non payment will not be recorded on my ITC since STB Bank has failed to collect funds as per my mandate and whenever I phone to arrange for instant payment I get promised correspondences which never happens
