Sitting for mor than 45 minutes to be served

i'm a standard bank client, I went too their Benmore branch today and there was no one to assist. the reception lady was very welcoming and friendly she tried all in her power to assist me but the consultants suck. not even one available ...and when one is available, there's no office to sit in. had to wait again, one of the consultants finished and instead of assisting she went straight into her office and closed the door... had to wait AGAIN while the poor lady was running around like a headless chicken trying to get a consultant to assist me<br> <br> that's when I decided to leave, spent 50 minutes at the branch without help?? really ?
