Sit in the branch for 2 hours

I was at Standard Bank Jabulani Mal to request that my personal loan.account which I had settled a week ago be closed. I sat in the queue for two hours to see a consultant..when i got to the branch my name was put on the list and there were 7 people before me.. I waited two hours..... Ridiculous service man
