I called in now with regards to a debit order that I do not want to run from my account anymore as I cancelled it, the consultant I spoke to was very efficient. So the initial call was just regarding the debit orders. While he was assisting me he asked why I do not apply for a cheque account and I told him by doing that I will loose my account number and I would need to update all my debits with a new account. So to cut a long story short....... I am highly impressed with how he dealt with me throughout the call, he has excellent telephone s****s and it would be nice to have someone like that working face to face with clients. I just want to thank him for the time and the professionalism i endured. You really do make a change, never change and keep it up you will grow with your attitude..
