Since Monday no one has assisted me!

Since Monday no one has assisted me! Wrote on hello peter yesterday and Standard bank rep**** but did not solve my problem.

Sent an email to ********** no reply what so ever. They say if its urgent call ********** 000 However if you call that number no one can offer assistance or even sort it out and call you back.

I have only been a client for a few months and i am disgusted with the service and assistance i have received.
