simpler better worse

<p>i have been banking with standard a short while now and have endless problems evrytime i visit the gateway branch my loan debit gets crredited into my account and then taken out again this has happend three times already with these unauthorised transactions. however on the last transactiion there was insufficient funds and i have been charged endless fees. im totally annoyed by this pathethic service .</p>
