SIMPLE MONEY TRANSFER TAKING 2 MONTHS!
Terrible customer service from this institution, I am waiting 2 MONTHS for a simple transfer of funds from one account to another. Every time i call which has been about 7-8 times now i get the same reply. WE HAVE ESCALATED YOUR REQUEST TO THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT. you would swear i am speaking to a bot!
This is precisely the reason i am cutting all ties with Standard Bank.
