Simphiwe,a sales consultant there has the worst customer service by far

Application for vehicle financing in November 2017,A guy by the name of Simphiwe was assisting me,only finalised the deal today,2 months later...after numerous complaints and a follow ups. He doesn't follow up,no call or even email. Such people should never be in sales.
