Simmonds street slow service

The service at the branch in Simmonds street in JHB is really nauseating to say the least. We waited for over two hours, they are extremely slow and could not be bothered. Nonchalant, walking around whilst clients wait is really disheartening. For a branch that’s within a head office they also offer very limited services/ agents don’t have much knowledge. We were referred to Sandton regarding a late estate account as they don’t deal with such after waiting for what what felt like a lifetime.
